Does StationFlow HQ include online booking?
Absolutely. Clients can see your availability and book with you online — but booking is only one part of StationFlow. The platform is designed to help you manage the entire client relationship, before, during, and after the appointment.
Who is StationFlow HQ built for?
Independent beauty professionals who are running their own business and want more visibility, more control, and more help growing the book they've built — stylists, colorists, lash artists, nail techs, brow specialists, estheticians.
Do my clients need an account?
Yes, but it is easy. Clients create a lightweight account as they book, so they can manage appointments, forms, payments, and rebooking without extra back-and-forth.
How does payment work?
Take deposits, full prepay, or pay on thier appointment date. We support Apple Pay, and all major payment processing provided by Stripe. Payouts hit your bank in 1–2 business days.
Can you help me change from a different platform?
Yes. We offer free white-glove onboarding to help you bring your business into StationFlow HQ and get comfortable with the platform. Bring your clients by CSV from Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, or your contacts — we'll get your clients added.
What does it cost?
$0 for your first 30 days. After that, $60/mo all-in. No hiding features behind an additonal paywall. What you see is what you actually get.
